IN-SEASON COACHING DEVELOPMENT:  

  • Access to NHSA model training sessions
  • Coaching Evaluations – in a non-threatening environment, your field with your team. Valuable feedback about the coaching process.
  • Match Analysis – your team is evaluated with suggested needs and ideas to continue to develop your team – technical tactical, physical, and psychological dimensions are addressed
  • Curriculum Consultation & Development
    • Age Specific Technical & Tactical pacing

THE MENTOR PROGRAM:  

An extensive evaluation process conducted by the NHSA staff to better assist the coaches, parents, and volunteers within the organization prepare for the successful complete of USSF courses, as well as to provide an in-formal, season – long coaching education program

NH SOCCER ASSOCIATION, ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW:

The New Hampshire Soccer Association is the official soccer association for the State of New Hampshire and its great soccer community—coaches, players, referees, and parents. The Organization Overview is designed to support all membership groups within NHSA in order to aid organizational development with players & coaches.  By participating in the program, groups will be directly assessed in relation to how well they are implementing the USSF Best Practices, as well as the US Youth Soccer Soccer Development Model.
