Procedure for Getting a New Coach’s Pass for Unlicensed Coaches
Unlicensed coaches who require a coach’s pass can obtain one from the Travel League Registrars. The unlicensed coach should fill out a player pass completely with all the information like a player (note: birth date is optional) including supplying a picture and signing the card. They should cross out the word ‘player’ at the top of the pass and insert coach above it. The pass should be submitted to the Travel League Registrar with the team player passes for validation and laminating. This type of coach’s pass is only valid through the current seasonal year (September 1st through August 31st).
