Subject : Fall Registration for players, Coaches, and Volunteers
It is the responsibility of each member organization to provide NHSA with a complete list of registered players, coaches, Board Members and volunteers during the year from September 1 to August 31. It is also the responsibility of each member organization to update this information as changes occur during the year.
The New Hampshire Soccer Association requires that registrations for all players, coaches and volunteers from all affiliated clubs, leagues, and recreation programs must submit their data on an IBM format diskette in either League Organizer, Soccer Trak format or ASCII format (comma-delimited text). You may also submit this information on a Compact Disk (CD) in the proper above mentioned formats. Data, must include the following fields. Last name, first name, address, city, state, zip code, DOB, phone number and e-mail address. This information may also be emailed in the appropriate format to nhadmin@soccernh.org.
Please label the disk with the name of your club or program and the words "Registration Data 20XX" on the diskette label. Please also provide contact name, phone number and email address, in case there are any problems with the disk. Please include all club coaches, volunteers and administrators. Place the diskette in an appropriate mailer and send it to:
